Welcome to the league!
What you can expect from the league:
Our top priority is to achieve a friendly and stress free environment that you can enjoy logging into.
The 2nd most important priority is achieving a league that is sustainable over the long-term. Decisions will always be extremely calculated, factoring every detail we possibly can before making changes.
Achieving the highest level of consistency is another major goal. We will never make any extremely drastic changes that could significantly and unfairly impact your team.
What the league expects from you:
Joining this league you are expected to be and handle yourself as a mature adult at all times.
Fighting, whining and complaining will not be tolerated and especially not in the Fantrax chat room.
Always keep in mind that the LEB members "donate" their free time to run this league and sometimes have to make very tough and stressful decisions. Do not be one of those GM's that make their job tougher. Always remember to be thankful that you don't have that weight on your shoulders and try to see things from their perspective too.
Don't come into this league expecting to change all of our rules exactly to your liking. If that's your objective than we suggest you create your own league. With that said, please do not for a second take that as we aren't interested in suggestions. Almost all of our improvements (CHL Leagues) have came from GM group discussions. There is a big difference between offering positive ideas and wanting everything your way and your way only.
If any upsetting issues arise you are expected to privately contact a LEB Member(s) as your 1st line of resolution.
